The Ballpark NEXT Program has reached a critical step! On December 10, three urban design scenarios will be presented to the RDA. These scenarios will guide the future development of the Ballpark sites and include a lot of ideas about community / civic buildings, housing, and parks. 
They are:

• Scenario 1 - Reuse the stadium in full
• Scenario 2 - Use a part of the stadium only
• Scenario 3 - Tear down the stadium

While much more work is to come, this is the first tangible step to designing the future of the heart of our neighborhood. We encourage as many of our neighbors as possible to see and comment on these plans before the presentation to the RDA.
